Aremtec Group has announced that Hyphen, the 2D precision action–puzzle game developed by FarSpace Studios, will launch on Android and iOS on October 28, 2026. Originally released on PC in 2015, the indie game will arrive on mobile as a premium title priced at $3.99, with pre-registration now open.
Get ready to clear Hyphen’s challenging neon mazes
So, Hyphen puts you in control of a constantly rotating stick that must navigate through tightly designed neon mazes without touching anything. While the concept sounds straightforward, the levels are filled with narrow passages, moving obstacles, enemies, and traps that leave little room for mistakes.
The mobile version includes all 36 handcrafted campaign levels, along with two unlockable minigames. And once you complete the main campaign, you can continue testing your skills through Community Level. You can discover the challenges PC players create using desktop Level Editor and play them on your mobile devices.
To prepare for its mobile release, the game has been rebuilt using MonoGame, bringing visual improvements while retaining the original gameplay experience. Overall, with its compact levels and demanding controls, Hyphen looks set to offer a challenging experience, and I can’t wait to try it out.
Hyphen will launch on Android and iOS on October 28, 2026. So, you can pre-register for it via the Google Play Store or App Store.
